8-3-8: INJURING OR TAMPERING WITH SEWAGE WORKS:
No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the city sewage works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct. (Ord. 37, 6-10-1958)
