8-3-2: CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OVER SYSTEM:
The sewer system shall be under the control of the city council, with a committee from the council appointed by the mayor subject to the approval of the council to supervise and report on matters pertaining to sewers. The director shall be the council's representative. (Ord. 94-94, 5-31-1994)
