A. Rates for water service within the city limits of Oxford, Iowa, shall be as follows: A minimum of Nine Dollars and Fifty Cents ($9.50) monthly on the first one thousand (1,000) gallons used and Nine Dollars and Fifty Cents ($9.50) for each one thousand (1,000) gallons or fraction thereof beyond the initial one thousand (1,000) gallons.
B. Rates for water service outside the city limits of Oxford, Iowa, shall be as follows: A minimum of Eleven Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($11.25) monthly on the first one thousand (1,000) gallons used and Eleven Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($11.25) for each one thousand (1,000) gallons or fraction thereof beyond the initial one thousand (1,000) gallons.
C. Bulk Water. Bulk water is potable water obtained from the City of Oxford, at one specific time and place, exceeding one thousand (1,000) gallons. Bulk water will be sold, at the discretion of the City, at a rate of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per one thousand (1,000) gallons for the first one thousand (1,000) gallons. Any amount exceeding the first one thousand (1,000) gallons up to the next one thousand (1,000) gallons will be charged at a rate of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per one thousand (1,000) gallons.
