7-1-3: CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS:
All sidewalks throughout the business district and the residential district shall be constructed as the city council may direct and as passed by appropriate resolution of the city council. All plans and specifications for the construction of sidewalks shall be prepared by the council and kept on file in the office of the city clerk. (Ord. 32, 11-10-1970)
