923.08 PRIVATE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEM UNLAWFUL; EXCEPTION.

Except as hereinafter provided in Sections 923.28 to 923.32, inclusive, No person shall construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facility intended or used for the disposal of wastewater. (Ord. 3261. Passed 12-17-13.)
