933.01 DEFINITIONS.

(a) "Refuse" includes all nonputrescible wastes as well as all construction waste and spoil material but excludes material expressly found to be unsuitable for compaction by the Service Director.

(b) "Uncompacted refuse" refers to that refuse that has not been compacted in the City compactor at the City transfer station.
