The Service Director is authorized to promulgate and enforce such reasonable rules and regulations relative to the receipt and compaction of refuse as said Service Director deems necessary to safely and efficiently carry out the receipt, compaction and disposal of refuse. Refuse material deemed unfit for City compaction by the Service Director will not be accepted at the transfer station. (Ord. 3491. Passed 11-20-18.)
