A. Damage Due To Speed Or Weight: The owner and the operator of any vehicle which is operated in violation of the speed limits and/or weight limits set in section 6-1-4 or 6-1-5 of this chapter shall be jointly and severally responsible for all damage which the road or any bridge thereon may sustain as a result of the illegal operation.
B. Damage Due To Obstruction, Injury, Damage Or Water Flow: Any person who violates section 6-1-8 or 6-1-9 of this chapter shall be responsible for all damage which a public road or bridge may sustain or for impairment to a public road or bridge as a result of the illegal activity.
