6-1-8: OBSTRUCTION, INJURY AND DAMAGE TO PUBLIC ROADS:
Any person who obstructs, injures or damages any public road is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 05-03, 8-1-2005, eff. 10-1-2005)
