§ 90.24 PROPER CONTROL AND CARE TO BE EXERCISED; NUISANCES.
   (A)   No owner shall fail to exercise proper care and control of a dog he or she keeps or harbors, so as to prevent the following action by them:
      (1)   Chasing of vehicles;
      (2)   Excessive, continuous or untimely barking, howling or yelping, so that the admitted sounds are unreasonably loud and disturbing and which are of such a character and testing duration as to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood or to be detrimental to the life and health of any individual;
      (3)   Molesting of passersby or attacking other domestic animals;
      (4)   Trespassing upon school grounds;
      (5)   Trespassing upon private property; or
      (6)   Damaging of property of any nature.
   (B)   It shall be prima facie evidence of a dog creating a nuisance if two complaints are received by the dog warden, or any other peace officer of the city, regarding actions of a dog.
