§ 153.11 EXISTING SIGNS; CONTINUANCE.
   (A)   All non-conforming and prohibited signs shall be removed or brought into conformity with this chapter within the following time periods:
      (1)   Any sign in violation of § 153.10 of this chapter: 180 days; and
      (2)   Illegal signs: § 153.07 of this chapter must be removed immediately and subject to § 153.99 of this chapter.
   (B)   (1)   Nothing in this chapter shall require the removal or discontinuance of a legal, non-conforming sign that is not altered as specified in § 153.09 of this chapter.
      (2)   The changing of movable parts of signs which are designed for changes, or the repainting or repapering of display matter shall not be deemed to be alterations within the meaning of this chapter.
