§ 153.09 LEGAL NON-CONFORMING SIGNS.
   A legal non-conforming sign may not be:
   (A)   Altered to another non-conforming sign;
   (B)   Structurally altered, except to bring the compliance with the provisions of this chapter;
   (C)   Expanded;
   (D)   Reestablished after its removal for 90 days; and/or
   (E)   Reestablished after damage of more than 50% of sign replacement cost except to bring into compliance.
