No owner or operator of any vehicle shall cause, allow, permit or suffer such vehicle to be parked overtime or beyond the period of the legal parking time established and set forth in Section 353.06(a); nor may he cause, allow, permit or suffer such vehicle to be parked in any manner contrary to the manner prescribed by this chapter.
