SECTION 14.02 Economic and Community Development

Council shall have the authority: to purchase, improve, lease and sell real and personal property; to promote and procure economic development of the Municipality; and to procure community revitalization, or rehabilitation. Council may also be a conduit to assist in such economic development, revitalization, or rehabilitation.
