SECTION 12.02 Charter Review Advisory Commission

The Municipality shall have a Charter Review Advisory Commission which shall consist of five (5) electors of the Municipality who are appointed by a majority of Council for overlapping five (5) year terms. Vacancies in the Commission shall be filled in the same manner but shall be for the balance of the term only.
