11-5-10: REQUEST FOR PERMIT:

A. The City Council or the Planning Commission may, upon their own motion, initiate a request for an interim use permit in conformance with the provisions of this chapter.

B. Any person owning real estate or having documented interest therein may initiate a request for an interim use permit for said real estate in conformance with the provisions of this chapter. (Prior Code § 20-5-10)
