9-3-2: DEFINITIONS:
   A.   As used in this chapter, "reasonably safe to persons and property", as applied to electrical installations and electrical equipment, means safe to use in the service for which the installation or equipment is intended without unnecessary hazard to life, limb or property.
   B.   For purposes of interpretation of the provisions of this chapter, the most recently published edition of the National Electrical Code shall be prima facie evidence of the definitions and scope of words and terms used in this chapter. (Prior Code § 4-6-1)
