8-3-13: SPECIAL AGREEMENTS PERMITTED:
No statement in this chapter shall be construed as preventing a special agreement, arrangement or contract between the City Council and any POTW user as to special conditions, rates and costs as established by the City Council. (Prior Code § 6-3-13)
