6-2-13: ENFORCEMENT OFFICER:
The City Council is hereby authorized to appoint an officer or designee to enforce the provisions of this chapter. The officer may be a Deputy Sheriff. In the officer's duty of enforcing the provisions of this chapter, he or she may from time to time, with the consent of the City Council, designate assistants. (Prior Code § 5-1-14)
