The members of the Wright County Sheriff's Department, Elk River Fire Department, Monticello Fire Department, Albertville Fire Department, Rogers Fire Department, and all other law enforcement agencies having jurisdiction in the City, and other people authorized by the Mayor, City Council, or Director are authorized and directed to enforce this chapter and the orders and regulations made pursuant to this chapter.
