6-1-10: PROHIBITED CONDUCT:
   A.   During the period of a declared local emergency, no person may:
      1.   Enter or remain on the premises of an establishment that is not open for business to the general public, unless the person is the owner of the establishment or the owner's agent;
      2.   Violate an order or regulation properly issued by the Mayor or the City Council, or a directive issued by the Director or the Director's authorized agent; or
      3.   Wilfully obstruct, hinder, or delay a person who is authorized to enforce this chapter while that person is exercising those duties or enforcing an order or regulation issued under authority of this chapter.
   B.   A person who violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. A violation of this chapter is subject to the penalties and provisions of title 1, chapter 5 of this Code. (Prior Code § 5-9-11)
