A. The provisions of this Code of Ethics are applicable to the Mayor, all members of the City Council, and all appointed City officials. It shall not include City employees who are not otherwise appointed officials, contracted City staff, nor citizen volunteers. (Prior Code § 2-1-3)
B. The disclosure provisions of section 1-10-5 of this chapter are applicable only to elected public officials, and members of the following boards and commissions: Planning Commission, Public Safety Commission, Heritage Preservation Commission, and Parks and Recreation Commission.
