It is the policy of the City to comply with the policies and purposes of the State of Minnesota as stated in Minnesota Statutes section 115A.02, as amended, and further to provide a safe and healthy environment for the citizens of the City. This chapter governs the collection, transportation, and disposal of all waste generated within, transported through or within and disposed of within the corporate limits of the City.
