1-9-3: ACCOUNTING DUTIES; ANNUAL AUDIT:
The accounting duties of the City Clerk are delegated to the City Treasurer, and the City Council shall provide for an annual audit of the City's financial affairs in accordance with the minimum procedures prescribed by the State Auditor. (Prior Code § 2-7-1)
