4-10-14-3: COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS:

The City and grantee will conform to State laws and rules regarding cable service or the system not later than one year after they become effective, unless otherwise stated, and conform to Federal laws and regulations regarding cable service or the system as they become effective.
