7-1-5: PETTY MISDEMEANOR VIOLATION; PENALTIES:

Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed the maximum fine for a petty misdemeanor provided for by State law, plus costs of prosecution.
