(A) Regulations adopted by reference. The State Uniform Fire Code, as adopted by the State Commissioner of Public Safety pursuant to M.S. § 299F.011, as it may be amended from time to time, including all of the amendments, rules, and regulations established, adopted, and published from time to time by the State Commissioner of Public Safety, through the Fire Marshal Division, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code, specifically including the rules embodied in Ch. 7510 of the Rules and Regulations of the Fire Marshal Division, except those portions modified or amended below in this chapter.

(B) Future amendments or modifications to the State Uniform Fire Code. Any and all future amendments or modifications to the State Uniform Fire Code shall be adopted and made a part of this code as if fully set forth herein. A copy of those amendments shall be marked as the official copy and kept on file in the office of the Fire Marshal.
