§ 91.05 BALCONIES AND PATIOS; FIRES AND BARBECUES.
   (A)   In any structure containing two or more vertically stacked residential units, no person shall kindle, maintain, or cause any fire or open flame on any balcony above ground level, or on any ground floor patio immediately adjacent to or within 15 feet of any unit.
   (B)   No person shall store or use any fuel, barbecue, torch, or other similar heating or lighting chemicals or devices in either of the above places.
   (C)   Electric grills or natural gas-fired barbecue grills which are permanently mounted, plumbed to the building’s natural gas supply, and maintaining a minimum clearance of 16 inches on the sides and back of the grill may be installed on balconies and patios.
