6-1A-14: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this article and/or article B of this chapter is deemed guilty of committing a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor, as defined in state law, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. 6-1B-1: DISTURBING THE PEACE:
Any person who by noisy, riotous or tumultuous conduct disturbs the peace and quiet of the City or of any meeting or assemblage therein is guilty of a misdemeanor. (1973 Code § 9.48.010)
6-1B-2: PROVOKING ASSAULT:
Any person who by word, sign or gesture wilfully provokes, or attempts to provoke another person to commit an assault or breach of the peace is guilty of a misdemeanor. (1973 Code § 9.50.010)
6-1B-3: ENCOURAGING FIGHTING OR QUARRELING:
Any person fighting or quarreling or encouraging others to fight in any public place is guilty of a misdemeanor. (1973 Code § 9.52.010)
