5-2-9: VIOLATION; PENALTY; ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Enforcement: The provisions of this chapter may be enforced pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and title 1, chapter 13 of this code by any city commissioned police officer or any code enforcement officer of the city designated by the city administrator to enforce the provisions hereof.
   B.   Violation; Civil Violation; Civil Infraction: Any act or omission by a person responsible for compliance with any of the provisions of this chapter, any provision of a rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, a civil regulatory order issued pursuant to this chapter, or any provision or condition of an approval issued or granted pursuant to this chapter, shall constitute a violation and shall be subject to enforcement as a civil infraction or civil violation pursuant to title 1, chapters 13 and 4 of this code.
   C.   Class 4 Infraction: Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which a penalty has not been specified shall be deemed to have committed a class 4 civil infraction and shall be subject to a maximum penalty of twenty five dollars ($25.00) for each violation.
   D.   Class 1 Infraction: Any person violating any of the following provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a class 1 civil infraction and shall be subject to a maximum penalty of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00):
      Sections 5-2-6 and 5-2-7 of this chapter
   E.   Separate Offense: Each separate calendar day during which a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense or violation. (Ord. 915B, 11-30-2011)
