All temporary control measures shall be disposed of within thirty days after permanent soil stabilization measures have been installed. Trapped sediment and other disturbed soils resulting from the temporary measures shall be permanently stabilized to prevent further erosion and sedimentation.

PLUMBING REGULATIONS
The Village hereby adopts the 2004 Illinois Plumbing Code as the plumbing code of the Village.

All new buildings hereafter constructed with basements, floors, rooms, or occupancy areas below ground level at the building site and served by a public or private sewer system, shall have overhead plumbing. (Ord. 71-2, passed - - 71) Penalty, see § 150.999
No water shall be turned on for service in premises in which the plumbing does not comply with the ordinances of the village; provided that water may be turned on for construction work in unfinished buildings subject to the provisions of this subchapter.

(A) The permitted materials and uses, listed in the State of Illinois Plumbing Code will be hereby restricted as follows:
(1) Type “M” copper shall be the minimum type of copper allowed, when the intended use is a heating line. Materials other than copper are not acceptable, except as noted in division (B) of this section.
(2) Type “K” copper shall be the minimum type of copper allowed, when the intended use is for potable water distribution, below grade or in concrete. Materials other than copper are not acceptable, except as noted in division (B) of this section.
(3) Type “L” copper shall be the minimum type of copper allowed, when the intended use if for potable water distribution, above grade. Materials other than copper are not acceptable, except as noted in division (B) of this section.
(4) P.V.C. Schedule 40, D.W.V. copper and service weight cast iron shall be the minimum types of materials allowed when the intended use is for waste, drain and/or vent lines above ground. Materials other than those listed in this division are not acceptable, except as noted in division (B) of this section.
(5) All copper shall be installed with a lead- free solder.
(6) Service weight cast iron shall be the minimum type allowed, when the intended use is for waste, drain and/or vent lines, below grade or in concrete, on commercial interior type construction. Materials other than cast iron are not acceptable, except as noted in division (B) below.
(B) Unusual circumstances. Unusual or unique circumstances and/or applications may allow other materials to be used which shall be approved by the Building Commissioner and the Plumbing Inspector and is a permitted material for the intended use by the state Plumbing Code.

The village hereby adopts the 2015 International Code Council's (ICC) I-Codes, including Building, Residential, Fire, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, Energy Conservation, Private Sewage Disposal, Performance, Property Maintenance, Zoning and Existing Building Code; and the 2017 National Electrical Code of the National Fire Protection Association.
