Any contractor or applicant may elect to post a M.P.P. Bond in an amount equal to five times the bond indicated. This bond will cover all of his permits, until the end of the current fiscal year. Any developer may elect to post a M.P.P. Bond in an amount equal to five times the bond indicated. This bond will cover all of his permits in a particular subdivision, until the end of the current fiscal year. The purpose of the bond is to insure protection against damage for all existing public property. | ||
12. STOP WORK ORDER FEES: | ||

13. WORK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION: | ||
The fee shall be not less than $100 nor more than $500. | ||
14. MISCELLANEOUS: | ||
A. A $25 handling fee shall be added to all invoices submitted to the village by any outside consultant to the village. | ||
B. At no time shall the total permit fee be less than 2% of the total cost of the project including all land, material, labor, architectural and engineering fees. | ||
