§ 150.076 OVERHEAD PLUMBING.
   All new buildings hereafter constructed with basements, floors, rooms, or occupancy areas below ground level at the building site and served by a public or private sewer system, shall have overhead plumbing. (Ord. 71-2, passed - - 71) Penalty, see § 150.999
