§ 72.16 ILLEGAL TRANSPORTATION OF ALCOHOL.
   Any person who transports, carries, possesses, or has any alcoholic liquor within the passenger area of any motor vehicle upon a highway within the corporate limits of the village, as defined in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-502(a), and incorporated fully herein by reference, commits the offense of illegal transportation of alcohol and shall be in violation of this section.

§ 72.20 MOVING VIOLATIONS.
   No person shall violate the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code sections as set forth in this subchapter.

§ 72.21 SPEEDING.
   Any person who violates the general speed restrictions, as defined in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-601, and incorporated fully herein by reference, commits the offense of speeding and shall be in violation of this section.

§ 72.22 DISOBEYING TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE.
   The driver of any vehicle shall obey the instructions of any official traffic-control device, including a school crossing guard, unless otherwise directed by a police officer, as defined in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-305, and incorporated fully herein by reference. Violation of this provision of the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code shall constitute a violation of this section.

§ 72.23 OPERATING AN UNSAFE MOTOR VEHICLE.
   Any person who drives, moves, or if the owner causes or knowingly permits to be moved any vehicle or combination of vehicles which is in such unsafe condition as to endanger any person or property, as defined in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 12-101, and incorporated fully herein by reference, commits the offense of operating an unsafe motor vehicle and shall be in violation of this section.

§ 72.24 NEGLIGENT DRIVING.
   Any person who operates a motor vehicle in a reckless manner, either driving erratically/squealing the tires, or driving in such a way as to alarm others, as defined in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-505, and incorporated fully herein by reference, commits the offense of negligent driving and shall be in violation of this section.
