541.15 RADIO AND TELEVISION RECEPTION INTERFERENCE.
   (a)   No person, firm or corporation shall use or cause to be used, maintain and operate or cause to be maintained and operated, any device, appliance, equipment or apparatus in such a manner as to cause electro-static or electro-magnetic waves or high frequency oscillations or radiations which interfere with radio or television broadcast receiving apparatus or wireless receiving apparatus, except that a person duly licensed to practice medicine, osteopathy, dentistry or any limited branch or branches of medicine or surgery, duly licensed by the State, in the course of the practice of his or her profession, may operate or cause to be operated under his or her direct supervision, any machine necessary to give such treatment, provided that all reasonable methods of preventing interference with radio and television broadcasting reception, either through insulation, screening of the rooms or premises in which such operation is conducted, or other reasonable and approved methods of interference prevention are installed and used.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day of use or operation shall constitute a separate offense.
