(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(2) Each day that a violation exists, or is permitted to exist, shall constitute a separate violation.
(4) In event of a violation, after ten-day notification of its intent to do so, all necessary officers, agents, and employees of the town may enter onto the property upon which such nuisance exists, take any and all appropriate, necessary, and convenient action to abate said nuisance. Any and all expense incurred by said town in any way connected with the abatement of such nuisance shall be immediately payable to said town by the person responsible for the nuisance and shall be a lien against the property, including the entire lot, parcel, or tract of real estate, upon which said nuisance existed.

(D) (1) Any business or organization being advertised upon billboards or posters in violation of § 93.45 shall be notified in writing by the Town Marshal and shall have 30 days from the date of receipt of said notice to remove the violative advertising.
(2) Further provided, that failure to remove said advertising may be punished by a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $50.
(3) Further provided, that each day of violation shall be considered a separate violation of § 93.45.

(3) The Town Marshal and any of the law enforcement agencies so designated by the Town Council may enforce the terms and conditions of this chapter through the issuance of an infraction citation.

(F) (1) Where any other section provided for a monetary fine, that fine shall be $25 for each separate occurrence.

(2) An arresting officer has the option of giving a warning ticket instead of a citation for violation to any first time offender, this to depend solely upon the discretion of the arresting officer. There shall be no fine for a warning ticket.
