§ 93.45 BILLBOARDS AND POSTER ADVERTISING.

Billboard and poster advertising within the corporate limits of the town shall be prohibited, provided, however, that this section shall not effect such advertising by billboards and posters of business places located and doing business within the corporate limits of the town.
