EDITOR'S NOTE: In order to control the blight and disease of shade trees within public rights-of-way, to provide for planting, maintaining, trimming and removing of such trees and to assess the costs thereof, Resolution 33-2000, passed April 11, 2000 created and established a single district known as the "City of Olmsted Falls Forest District" which includes all territory within the boundaries of and co-extensive with the City of Olmsted Falls, pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 727.011.
