5.38.030: OWNER OF BUILDING EXEMPT FROM LICENSE PROVISIONS:
The owner of a building may move his own building upon compliance with the provisions of subsection 5.38.020C through section 5.38.100 of this chapter, and this notwithstanding the provisions of section 5.38.010 and subsections 5.38.020A and B of this chapter. (Ord. 1931 § 2, 2008)
