No building or structure shall be moved by either the owner or a licensed building mover in the city unless it can be moved without violating the statutes of the state with respect to the size, weights and loads, as provided for in 47 Oklahoma Statutes section 14-101 et seq., and which sections are by reference made a part of this chapter.
