3-4-8: ANNUAL INSPECTION:

The fire chief of the city or his designee shall inspect the rest home, nursing or convalescent home or related institutions annually. He shall issue a certificate of inspection which shall be displayed in a prominent place in the rest home, nursing home, convalescent home or related institution. (Ord. 01-01-2002, 1-24-2002)
