3-4-6: COMPLIANCE WITH STATE HEALTH REGULATIONS:
In addition to the other requirements of this chapter, all rest homes, nursing homes, convalescent homes and related institutions must comply with the rules and regulations pertaining to the state health department and must at all times have a valid license issued by the state health department.
