A. Written Notice Of Denial: If the city manager or his designee, based on their findings, determine that a license shall not be issued or renewed, they shall then issue to the applicant a written notice of denial or nonrenewal specifying the grounds therefor. Any denial of license may be appealed to the city council.
B. Delivery Of Notice; Right To Appeal: If the city manager or his designee, by their inspections, observe violations of this chapter or state law sufficient to warrant revocation or suspension of a license, written notice of revocation and the grounds therefor shall be delivered to the licensee by personal service or by certified mail. Any revocation or suspension of a license may be appealed to the city council. (Ord. 01-01-2002, 1-24-2002)
