The city manager or his designee shall investigate all nurseries and family daycare homes as defined in this chapter as often as they shall deem necessary for the adequate supervision thereof, and they shall have the right to enter all such places at any reasonable time for the purpose of making such an investigation. Acceptance of a license shall constitute expressed consent to such inspections. (Ord. 01-01-2002, 1-24-2002)
