3-2-2: FEE SCHEDULES FOR LICENSES AND PERMITS AND OCCUPATIONAL TAXES:
   A.   The fee schedule, hereinafter set forth, shall be levied and collected by the City Clerk, or the Clerk's representatives, for the applicable licenses, fees, permits, or Occupational Tax levies, prior to the issuance of any such license permit or conducting of business of serving alcoholic beverages. Said fees shall be prorated. (Ord. 2019-5, 6-14-2019)

   C.   A special event permit shall be available to an applicant for a permit(s) to sell alcoholic beverages as set forth in subsection B of this section if the applicant only intends to sell the alcoholic beverages for a period of no longer than five (5) days (includes weekends). Only one special event permit per applicant is permitted each calendar year. The fee for a special event permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount set forth in subsection B of this section for the type of permit/alcoholic beverage the applicant is requesting.
