A. Authority Of City Officials: The city manager, city inspector, any police officer or any designee of the city manager shall have power to enter any place requiring a license or permit hereunder, during business hours, to ascertain whether this title and other ordinances of the city are being complied with.
B. Permit Fee Payment Required: It shall be the special duty of all such officials to see that all license and permit fees required hereunder are paid when due. (Ord. 01-01-2002, 1-24-2002)
