9-2-6: LIABILITY OF HOUSE MOVER:
No provision or condition of this chapter shall be construed so as to limit the liability civilly of any person moving any house on or over the city streets, avenues and alleys from any and all damages which may result as the proximate cause of such acts to any person or his property or to the city. (1985 Code § 5-611)
