8-4-7: RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF RECEPTACLES:
   A.   Items Allowed In Dumpsters: Businesses may place all dry trash and refuse created in the normal operation of a business including, but not limited to, items containing paper, cardboard, plastic, glass and materials, provided said items are not excluded by subsection B of this section.
   B.   Items Prohibited: It is unlawful for the following items to be placed in receptacles: tires; batteries; mattresses, furniture, or appliances; carpet or vinyl floor coverings; building materials or debris; flammable items; brush, limbs, grass, or other yard waste; metal scraps; dead animals or parts of dead animals; or hazardous chemicals.
   C.   Use Of Receptacle Belonging To Business: It is unlawful for anyone other than the rightful user to place any refuse in a receptacle belonging to a business. This action shall be considered a violation of section 4-2-6 of this code.
   D.   Authorizing Use Of Receptacle By Others: It is unlawful for a business (rightful user of a receptacle) to permit, encourage or authorize others to place refuse, trash, bulky waste, yard waste or any of the items described in subsection B of this section in the receptacle provided their business.
