8-3-11: PERMITS AND OTHER FORMS:

The city hereby authorizes the Okemah utilities authority to create, develop or change any permit or application required in this chapter, or create, develop or change any other form necessary for the enforcement of this chapter by resolution of the Okemah utilities authority. (Ord. 2006-03-01, 3-13-2006)
