7-6-2: OKEMAH LAKE REGULATIONS:
   A.   Rules And Regulations:
      1.   The Okemah utilities authority, a public trust, is hereby given full authority to make rules and regulations concerning the use, care and management of the Okemah Lake, including the authority to promulgate rules and regulations regarding the use thereof for all recreation purposes, with specific authority to issue licenses and permits for hunting, fishing, skiing, camping and picnicking, charging a reasonable fee therefor.
      2.   The rules and regulations developed by the authority are adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and at least one copy shall be on file with the city clerk. (1985 Code § 11-107)
   B.   Recreation, Campsites And Fishing Restrictions:
      1.   The Okemah utilities authority is hereby granted authority to designate certain areas of the lake wherein the various forms of recreation may be permitted or denied, and may designate certain areas about the lake for use of the public as campsites and recreation areas, and may prohibit the use of other areas, as it may deem necessary or beneficial to the proper use of the lake and to promote the maximum use and enjoyment thereof, as well as to protect the lake from harmful use thereof.
      2.   It is unlawful for any person to catch or take from Okemah Lake any large mouth bass which measures between twelve (12) and fifteen inches (15") in length. (1985 Code § 11-108)
   C.   Leasing Of Cabin Sites: The Okemah utilities authority is hereby granted the right to make regulations concerning the leasing of cabin sites, the term thereof and the consideration to be charged therefor, with the general purpose of promoting the development of the lake and enjoyment thereof.
